Monthly Clean-up

I thought I should post something about my monthly clean-up that I do, just to warn you before you sign up for my forum.

Once a month, towards the end, I go through and I delete any and all member accounts that have 0-5 posts. I ALWAYS send out a mass e-mail one week ahead of time telling everyone when I am doing so and which accounts will be deleted. There are a few ways that you can stop this:

• When you sign up, post to your hearts content
  
• Visit frequently to check on new posts and reply to them (or old ones) often
  
• If there is something you would like to see on my forum, and you would discuss things often (and think others will too), do not hesitate to e-mail me at: [e-mail] and tell me what you want to see
  
• When you see this e-mail in your inbox, and you want to keep your account with my forum but do not have the time to post, just send me an e-mail telling me your user account and that you do not want to be deleted
